Caravan turned to Tennant for durable, high-quality machines that would last and give it the versatility to clean a variety of spaces. One of the Tennant machines Caravan uses is an M17 sweeper-scrubber, which lets the team clean large areas with a dual system: picking up dust and debris while scrubbing the same area at the same time.
Our solution does not stop at supplying high-performance equipment, however. Tennant has a highly effective service team, which keeps Caravan's machines running so that every area of its extensive facilities stays clean, safe and efficient.
"Our Tennant service technician always goes the extra mile for us every week. When we need brushes or filters between scheduled maintenance, we call him directly. He always shows up within a day or two with the parts we need and the tools to fit them, so we never experience any downtime," said Shawn Hughes, Director of Operations at Caravan Facilities Management.
